This oil-based aerosol spray primer blocks and seals stains like water, smoke, tannin, ink and grease and is ideal for drywall, wood, cured plaster, ceiling tiles, paneling and previously painted ceiling, eaves and more.

How to Use

  • Usage
    Drywall, wood, cured plaster, ceiling tiles, paneling and previously painted surfaces on ceilings, eaves and more
  • Prep
    Sand shiny surfaces. Surfaces should be clean, dull and dry. Remove loose rust and paint with wire brush or sandpaper. Priming: Proper cleaning of surface before applying primer is critical on damaged substrate. Test spray in an inconspicuous area for compatibility.
  • Application
    Hold can 8"-12" from surface, spray in a sweeping motion from side to side with slight overlap. Avoid runs and drips by applying multiple thin coats; wait 5 minutes between coats.
  • Dry Time
    Dry Time @ 77 °F and 50 % Relative Humidity
    To The Touch: 30 minute
    Recoat: 5 minute
  • Clean-up & Disposal
    To clean paint on tip, wear eye protection and wipe off with regionally compliant solvent.
